From the POTOLOK+ cards: soft sponge and soapy water. For gloss — glass cleaner without acetone or abrasives. No hard brushes.
General care is in How to care for a stretch ceiling. This piece is only what to wash with.
Matte — as on the card
On matte: wash with a soft sponge and soapy water. Specs: wipe every 6–12 months. No hard brushes or abrasives. MSD film 0.18 mm, odorless, M1.
Gloss — glass cleaner
The site: gloss wipes with glass cleaner. FAQ: no acetone or abrasives. No alcohol-based products. Gloss is fine in wet rooms; 15-year warranty.
Satin and fabric
Kitchen, bath, print, shadow gap
Grease and moisture wash off gloss more easily — that is why the catalog prefers gloss or satin in those rooms. No abrasives on photo print. On a shadow profile, do not poke the gap.
